These parasite call and call and call and laugh when you are on the do not call list.  The FCC says this is all legal and not squat you can do about it since you have to press one to talk to them.  They are vile vermin so live with it.

Telemarketing scam. They hung up when I asked why they didn't have my info.

I'm telling ya these people are a RIP OFF!!! Don't buy this stuff they refuse to send you a copy of the warranty in writing prior to making a payment. So you can't even see it in black and white. Also these people called my cell phone 11 times just today. I pressed 2 each and every time so it says "your file will be closed by pressing 2" So on of these calls I pressed 1 on and tried getting to the bottom of all this and hopefully ensure my numbers were removed. I got these calls on my cell and wife's cell as well as my home phone. Now to top the cake I got called by these people on my OnStar phone in my truck. I don't even know that number. I added minutes to it for emergency use. Something has to be done. I thought it was illegal to call cell phones with telemarketing scheme. I have also filed complaint with the FTC and also listed my home and cell numbers on the National DO NOT CALL LIST. I Urge you ALL to take time and vist www.FTC.gov and file a complaint. Hopefully the nightmare will be over soon.

Sorry - but whoever you spoke with at the FCC is WRONG.  Calls that present the called party with a recorded or artificial voice ARE ILLEGAL. See: Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 ("TCPA"), 47 U.S.C. § 227, et. seq. Statutory damages are $1500 per call.
