Person stating legally this is the last time they need to call me.

Call left a message stating that they could legally bring my debt balance to 0. # shows up on caller id as a cellphone. Called the 800 # they left and reached "the help desk" where he ask me if I had substational credit card or medical bills. I said "no" and he said I would be removed from the list.

Left message about reducing my credit card debt legally to zero - do not know anything about this and I view the phone call as a form of harrasment - also called on a business telephone and not a personal telephone - I believe this is illegal.

Tried to talk to someone to get taken off of their list ... they kept hanging up on me .... GRRRR ... its harrassment ....

The left a message about my cable contract ending and that I qualified for a new call satilite dish and free HBO etc. Left a number 800-604-2055 then 2 hours later got a call from the same number saying this was my last chance to reduce my credit card debt legally.

Called 9/12 at 7:09 PM and I am on Indiana and the Federal Do-Not-Call List.

"David" and "Brian" are obviously calling from Mom's basement selling upgraded dishes and/or "legally" getting rid of all my debt.  I have no debt, I have an upgraded system.  Too stupid to figure out a way to make money from the scams.  Invested a little in throw away cell phones and 800 numbers?
I also live in Indiana and on Do Not Call List.
But Stupid is as Stupid does.  Glad I have Caller ID.

sick joke, i owe nothing to credit card, do not need the harrasment.

I asked to be taken off of the list and the lady was very, very rude and condisending.

Keep calling my mother's house for ME! All hours of the day & night. Won't stop harassing her. Same things says can get me $10,000 for 29.95%.... yeah. not.  How do we stop these. not fair they can get around the 800# do not call thing this way.
