Regarding past due payment.

multiple phone calls, never leave a message.

I got two calls from this number, on October 9 & 10, 2008.  They were both around noon, Eastern Daylight Time.  In both cases, they did not leave a message on my answering machine.

10/13/08 at 10:44 am. From Dish Network Authorized Dealer. Pressed 1 to talk to Robert.  When I asked if they would be installing the Dish Network over the top of the Dish Network THAT I ALREADY HAVE, he rudely hung up.  BS tactics like this remind me of the way Association of Community Organzers for Reform Now, (ACORN) registers people to vote.  How many times do they register the same people to vote?  How many Dish Network systems does one house need?  Here's and idea.  Leave poeple alone, to do what they want and make their own decisions. Open a brick and mortar building, put your Dish Network sign on it, and if I want Dish Netork, I'll call you, (which I did).  Then I pay you my hard earned money every month and you NEVER call me unless there is a problem with my account.  By repeatedly calling me when there is no problem with my account, Dish Network has started the stopwatch on the date that I will no longer send them my hard earned money.  More unsolicited calls will strengthen my resolve to encourage other Dish Network customers to also stop sending them their hard earned money. Do YOU have Dish Network?  Do you really NEED Dish Network?

I got a very rude message saying, " I paY MY [***] bILLS- wHY DONT YOU PAY YOURS?"
i DO NOT HAVE Dishnetwork!!!! I called back and all I got was a message saying if I wanted my # removed to press 1- I saved the recording of the woman swearing- I hope she loses her job!

Calls constantly from this number.  False advertising.

This company calls my house at all hours and I sat and listened to their message and tried to get a person on the line..  I waited for 5 minutes and was disconnected.  I tried calling back this number and it was a voice mail which stated they only sell to businesses and if we would like to be removed from their calling list to dial 1... THAT DIDN'T do anything.  I think this needs to be brought to the Attorney General's office.  I have two small children who need their rest and this number calls our house several times at night!!  Its harrassement!

They call at least three to four times a week, and when answered there is never anyone on the other end, or at least they do not say anything. I would love for someone to find out who this is and make them stop.

I got the sat systems message.  Nothing about DISH network, just a generic sat system message[maybe I missed the DISH part].  Is it a scam from a collection agency?

I think this is the same number that used to call about fake car warranties and "lower your interest rate" garbage. They have been calling here for months. Now its satellite TV sales or some such thing. Just another way to try to get my credit card number.

Ain't gonna happen.
