Caller ID said Las Vegas. Answered the call but got recorded message about "Last chance to lower your interest rates on your credit card. Press 1 to speak to customer representative." A scam call. I hung up. Suggest you do the same or don't answer the call if you get one.

Has called repeatedly, automated message with last chance to lower your credit card rate.  Gives a press 3 if you want to be removed from the calling list, but pressing 3 does nothing but repeat the message.  Husband pressed the option to speak to someone and the person could not give a credit card name, or any other information that would indicate they know anything about our credit circumstances.  SCAM.

They called me twice in a row just minutes apart. They called BOTH my cell phone AND my home phone. I called them back and they ask you to press "1" to be removed from getting other calls and then I got an automated "Thank you " and a disconnect. I also entered their number into my call rejection service which you can get on your phone. I too am on the do not call list, so they should not be calling me either. I am beginning to think the DO NOT CALL LIST gives them numbers TO call. I never had so many annoying calls before!) Thanks to all who posted here to help me confirm that I don't need to get calls from that number.  :)

We have received several calls from this type of company, or maybe them repeatedly, in spite of being on the Do Not Call List.  We have asked to be removed by pushing buttons and used obscenities at the representatives.  Persistence must pay off.  Apparently they monitored us while waiting for a representative.. We were cut off after my husband and I spoke on two phone extensions, of getting their company and supervisor’s name.  We have good rates on our cards and no house payment so we knew instinctively that this was a scam… Not all people are in our position and could easily fall prey to these scum-suckers.  What can we do to stop them?

Recorded call from Shelly, Card holder Services, no option to remove my number.  It came up as a "cellular Call"

You need to report these companies to your state's attorney general office. What they are doing is illegal.

Call to lower credit card rates. Robo call, which is now illegal, but of course they don't give a rats [***] about the laws. they called on my cell phone. We've been on do not call for years. There is no way to stop these people, just ignore them.

Call came in @ 2:04 Central Time. Didn't recognize # so did not answer.  Also on Do Not Call List.  Seems as though no one can stop these creeps from bothering people, all in the name of free enterprise.  Where's my freedom from them!?

Just received a call on my cell from this number. I didnt answer it, nor did they leave a message. I just thought I would look it up too see who it was & found this site. Hopefully they wont call back. Thanks a bunch!

Just received a call from my cell.  I answered it, but received a recorded message about lowering credit card rates.  Similar call earlier today from 213-363-5107

I received a "missed call" on my cell phone from this number.  No message was left.  But still...whoever is calling is calling cell number, a no-no.

Received calls from two separate entities offering to lower my credit card interest rate. The numbers were 702-705-5030 and 213-363-5107. BEWARE

Called, answered didn't hear anything on their end, so hung up, first time they called.
