they start the message out about health service i don't give them a chance

this number calls our home number every single day  (mon-fri)
they do not leave a message!

These people have been calling at least 5 x a day...never leave a message just keep calling......

The caller ID said simply "Cell Phone" and the phone number.
I answered (mistake)
There was silence.... obviously a robo-dialer.  So I waited for the "person" to come on line to tell them to put me on their do not call list.

Instead of a person or recorded sales pitch... I got a recording that said "Sorry about that, my mistake" and it hung up.  It was definitely a recording.... not a real person.

It was as if they were just probing to see if they were calling a number with a live person.  Trolling for numbers that are attached to people.

Geez!  I hate those kind of calls.

Calling and hanging up. No message.

Just got a call from these guys. They said it was to offer me a deal on my credit card (didn't specify what kind of card or account or anything).

No identifying info, beyond the # itself.

Same thing they called. They are calling from Las Vegas. I didn't answer because i had no idea whom it was. Then i came on here and found out that it was people from a credit card place?? Who would call me when i live in florida! Come on.

They just called my business claiming they were working with Google and were collecting listings for Google's business directory.  At first I heard a recording explaining this, though it conspicuously did not give the name of the business (it said only that they were affiliated with Google).  It asked me to press one if interested in a listing and two if not.  I hadn't finished looking up the number at the time, so I pressed one.  I then saw that the number didn't seem to be connected to Google.  A man picked up, asked for my name (I gave it to him, since it's publicly listed with the phone number anyway) and asked if I was interested in using Google to find new customers.  I said "Not particularly."  he said "Just a minute" and then hung up.

I was called earlier, didn't answer it; I don't know anyone from Las Vegas, which is where it said the call was from.
I hate calls like this, glad I didn't answer.

The best way to deal with these scam artists is to tell them: "I really want to do business with you but I'm about to move. Could you please call me on my new number? It's 202-328-3000 (it's the HQs for the FBI! HA!)

This # is related to Corp Travel Dept that fax spams fake vacations deals and provides a callback number of 1800-640-9891 for any idiot that thinks they are going to get a deal. How do you deal with this kind of fax spam? Use a multi line phone and tie up their call center for about two hours. Since I did that, they seem to leave our office alone.

I was't familiar with the area code and prefix, so just let my phone ring. I know these boiler room operators are being harassed by their bosses to continuously call until someone answers.
