auto-mated solicitation call to cell phone. 5th time for this call to my cell.

I called the number back, and there was a message that allows you to remove yourself from their calling list.I hope it works.

I got a phone call from this number the day after I bought a trip through Expedia.ca. Maybe they shared my information. This is very annoying.

Didn't answer; calls everyday. How do you block these calls?!

I already blocked this number but my phone still notifies me when it calls.
Called my Rogers cell phone in Toronto, ON... again.

My 12 yr old just got a call from this number... new number on her BB (Koodo) - so frustrating... she knows to let any number she doesn't recogize go straight to voice mail.

Doubtful, I have a Blackberry and I'm getting it too (Rogers user)

not sure blocking the numbers helps, as soon as they go through their list once or twice, they seem to change numbrs

No message left, but I know this is a telemarketing call as I have been getting calls from this number for weeks now.

Just received three attempts by this number to call my cellphone, I don't answer numbers I do not recognize, PERIOD

I never pick up when I see an unknown number. Did a search for "702 area code," and this website showed up, and this number was one of the top listed spammers.

It's really, really annoying.

And I'm in Toronto as well. My number used to be on Rogers, but now it's on Bell.
It seems that they are just robo-calling everyone in a city by city basis.

I get a lot of these BS calls. I never ever answer them. The reason phone companies do nothing about this is simple. They get paid if you answer. They get paid if the other party leaves a message and you check your voice mail. It's all about money. They don't give a damn if these people are bothering you. I wouldn't even be surprised if they are the ones providing your number. Say, pay these marketing companies a couple of thousand bucks and then rake-in tens of thousands in return! Would you put it past them?

I am used to it by now. In short, if the number is not local, I don't answer. I have people live away from me, but their names are in my contact list in my phone and it pops up on the display when they call.
Even if the phone companies provided a filter management, it would be of little use, since these people call from different numbers.
If they ever dare to call from a local number, I will play along and get their contact name and address and pay them a nasty visit. :)
So, don't sweat the small stuff and just laugh at them inside...

Just got one of these calls on my cell. Didn't answer. Checked the number and it brought me to this website, guess i'm not alone in Toronto, ontario...under telus.

Sigh...just got one today...hate telemarketers
