I get this call about every 10 days. I added it to my contact list and put the ring tone associated with this number on slient. Now when these simpletons call it doesnt ring!

Just called me a few seconds ago. Never answered as I'm on prepaid and don't know anyone from Nevada nor would I answer a long distance call anyway without a plan.
