It sounded like a live human trying to sound like a recording saying "You have not validated your Google listing, Press 1 now to validate your Google or press 9 to cancel your Google listing"  Sounds like spam 'n scam to me. Hung up on them.

Yet another robo calling scammer posing as Google.

I, too, got a call from this number.  I usually ignore all numbers with area codes that I'm not familiar with.  But, I've been waiting for a particular company to call, so I answered the call (on my business line).  It was a pre-recorded message about upating my "Google Listing."  Helloooo...been phishing lately?  It gave me the option of pressing #1 to update info - yah, like that's going to happen, or #9 to be removed from their list.  I pressed #9 and a recorded prompt came on saying that my number would be removed from their list, and I would no longer receive any more calls.  We'll see if that's the case or not.  I've added their number as a contact to my phone and listed it as SPAM to see if/when they call back.  I love to catch these guys in their own lies.  Can we just never answer the phone again?  Email works fine for my business.  And texts??  I don't seem to get too much SPAM texting.  Let's just not even answer the phone anymore.  If it's REALLY important, then the right people know how to get a hold of us.  Who's with me?????

Many different scammers use this particular # to sell you their product. Could be google calling, could be gas company, just depends who is using it.

This number called today at 2:45 pm. Caller ID showed "Marketing Fraud". Probably is fraud! Idiots!
