I was just hanging out and my phone started to vibrate so I took it out of my pocket and saw what was an unknown number so I didn't answer I need I hear its from Nevada and its like wahhhhhh

Just got a call from this number on a Canadian land line. There was no answer when I picked up.

This number called my Canadian cell phone at 8am on my only day off this week. I didn't answer but I'm royally pissed to be awoken. .

Located in Toronto, I didn't recognize the number and they left no message.

We get this numer calling us at home. For Canadians - check with your phone company for selective call blocking. With Shaw, for example, you dial *60, press 3; then press # and the number you want to block. It will selectively block up to 32 numbers. In my experience, every once in awhile I note down the numbers that are annoying me, selectively call block, and that takes care of it for a few months at least...

received a call from this number, they said they were calling from Montreal, Quebec

these calls are a nuisance and need to stop.

I didn't answer. Call display said from Las Vegas. They also call from 702-705-5245.

Proven way to stop these calls......

Answer, speak immediately so the computer will transfer to a live person. Then have fun with it, tell them you are so interested, but keep doing things, like answering doorbell, getting pen and paper, getting credit card.

The more you can waste that live person's time (and wages) will get you off call lists faster than any "do not call" list. I do this, and they never call again, and I have rarely been getting new calls.

Hit them where it hurts, the wallet.

If a nice percentage of people did this, all telemarketing would probably stop...

Calls and nobody ever says anything.

The Robocall matches a telemarketing agency known at least at one point as "Secure America Corp"- though I have found they'll claim they aren't if you happent o get a human being on the phone.  Nonetheless, the canned message is identical.

I didn't answer, and of course there was no message left. But, annoying to be bothered with these calls. How come the 'do not call list' allows these to go through?

Recorded call for Emergency Medical Alert System.  Really slick message that makes you think you're actually talking with a live person.  When you try to interupt the message the voice just keeps droning on like the person on the other end doesn't hear you or doesn't care.  I've gotten many of these calls in the past and nothing seems to stop them.
