Got a call from this number on my house phone @ 9:48AM this morning.

Got a call on my cell. I didn't answer it. Left no voicemail.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

A purported cruise marketing program, asks you to answer 10 questions, then would connect you to an operator. I went through the quiz and gave all fake answers, but never got connected to a person to be able to request that they add me to their "no call" list. Don't waste your cell minutes, they eventually hang up if you don't give up. I note this is the same group that also uses 209-220-1949. I get calls from them on my [unlisted] land line AND my cell number. They are careful not to name their company......

Received a call around 7:00 PM. Did not pick up and the czller did not left any voice mail.
Truly bugging....
