just got an aggressive call regarding delivering our First Alert system, which we did not order.  Same call comes from
(702) 520-2475.

The scammer did not leave a message on our answering machine.
Our numbers are in the Do-Not-Call Registry.

They called and didn’t leave a message.

Caller ID was CTY.  Recorded message with something about "senior citizens"... SCAM!!!!

Same scumbags with their security system. The more you report them the more calls you get. It will never end. The only way it will ever end is for someone to go postal and make national headlines. The Federal Government could care less about these low life pond scum sleeze bags!

This call comes daily. A man says he is John from shipping about delivery of our Girst Alert system. I have asked to be taken off their call list but it doesn't do any good.
So much for the "do not call list".

Called before.  Same idiot, new number.  Block the call or hang up.

This guy is worse than Rachel from Card Services! I have asked them to stop calling me at least 5 times to no avail. Every number they call from is different. I have a list of at least 8 numbers they call from that is going to the FTC and FCC tomorrow.

Recent call no message.  Annoying.  Why can our provider stop these calls.

Sorry I wish our provider to legally prevent these calls.  

Never, ever respond to an offer for products or services over the phone. Never, ever contribute to a charity or respond to a  charitable group over the phone. Never, ever even consider paying an unverified debt!
Of course, NEVER confirm or provide ANY personal information to anyone over the phone...  NONE!

When you take the profit out of the behavior, the behavior will disappear .

Another call from "CTY". This follows the same call on 11/25 from 702-705-7302. Both for a medical alert braclet. "John from shipping about delivery of your ______ (fill in the blank) Alert system." This is the new credit card interest scam hoping to cash in on the "that you ordered" angle.

Both numbers are use CallerID4U, Inc. in California, as their carrier. Include them in your complaint.

The FTC will not take any action without a "significant" number of complaints. They will not say what makes a "significant" number of complaints. I suggest you do the following:

(1) file a complaint at

(2) email or snailmail your congress-persons (Representatives and Senators) about the FTC's failure to enforce the Do-Not-Call list. Mention Donald S. Clark, Secretary of the Commission. This is the guy whose name appears on correspondence claiming they don't have enough complaints. (If you have a Republican, forget this step, they are not interested in our problems or interested in accomplishing anything useful).

(3) call the FTC, Donald S. Clark, Secretary of the Commission at 1-202-326-2514.

Received a call from this "john" saying emergency alter system is being shipped...no cost etc...
But I could sense the phony ness in his tone; told him we did not order anything..sorry and I put down the phone.

3. Just block the idiots !!!!!!!!

Just got 2 calls 1/2 hour apart,first one call ID'ed as 'Private caller',2nd one ID'ed as 'CTY'.Bet both from CTY!!! I'm thinking this "CTY" operation is behind 80% of all scam calls in the U.S.!!!! They're the ones who will need medical stuff if I ever find out who and where they are!!

The only reason the medic alert for seniors scammers call us, is to get our credit card number, so they can cheat us!
