Call the number to be removed from the list??? You didn't fall for that xxxx did you??? When you do that you're confirming your number is valid...

I also got a call from this number today, Friday 8/29. Not recognizing the number I didn't answer - this is where having Caller ID pays for itself. If you don't have it on your landline, then get it...

Treat all such calls as scam calls - it's very likely what they are...
