Got the same call, with two rings and then nothing.  I have no intentions of answering since number out of state and if no message left, will not call back.  I think folks should not engage these scams but ignore number, but report it.

They let it ring 2 times and hung up before I could get to my phone.  I think caller ID said Las Vegas, NV, but it's only showing up as NV, USA right now.

They just called me on 10/18/2013 at 12:02pm (central). Rang twice and hung up.

Yup, one ring and hung up.  No message.  so.......I cally backy :)

Same here: 2 rings, then into Missed Calls. Very few people have my cell number, which I use only a couple of times a week. How are they getting numbers, and why doesn't Verizon do something about it?

I won a gift card!   $100!!  There are so many things I want to buy with this.  I chose walmart cause I shop there the most.  I am so excited for this!  The nice man I talked to on the phone said it would be 5 business days (whatever that is) before I get the card.  I hope it comes sooner!

this person called me but, being 12, I naturally ignored the call because it didn't say that it was anyone from my contacts.... now that I'm reading these comments I'm pretty glad that I ignored the person

This phone number went instantly to a missed call before I picked up.  No message.  They did not try to call me back.  Must not have been important or a scam if they did not try to call me back.  Judging by all the responses... scam.

received a call at 9:00pm on my cellphone, stop calling!!!!

I was taking a nap after school when they called, have no idea how many times it rang...

I received a call from this number. Just rang twice and they hung up. They didn't leave any voice mail though.

One ring and hang up does not leave a message

Got a missed call from this # today from NV, USA. Google search brought me here. Thank you iphone ios7 new block feature. BLOCKED.

I get unwanted calls from this unknown number.

1 ring, hung up.

multiple unwanted missed calls from this number to my cell, so I blocked it

One call then hangs up, this went on for several weeks so I called them, I won something from Walmart and I need to claim my prize. I told them to keep it , I did not want it and to take my name off of their calling list. The following week I started to get calls from 215-857-5054. Same one call and hang up, have not called this one.

Yeah, had this call 2 times already and never rings just tells me I have a missed call and they don't leave a message. I think they are trying to get you to call back. This is probably how they get past the 'no call' lists legally and if you happen to call back, they didn't officially call you right? Also, when you call back they know it's a viable number and will probably continue to bug you or sell your number to other solicitors. It would be interesting to know if those who called back found an increase in solicitor calls.

Called me, rang twice, hung up.

Missed their call so I called it back.  Was offered a $100 visa gift card.  $25 restraint voucher and $2000 in coupons. All I needed was to pay the shipping.  They then offered a $15 mail in rebate to cover the shipping.  I for the company name.  They said ipro rewards center. in clear water Florida.  I googled them and the only thing I could find was a facebook page stating the page was being closed do to a scam with a $100 gift card.  I hung up and called back talked to another guy and asked for the company name. Again said ipro.  After voicing concerns that they are a scam he gave me a toll free number 888-272-5207 and the wedsite WWW.DISCOUNTREWARDS.COM.  I hung up and called that number .  The number is disconnected.  I called back and spoke to the 1st person again. I told her a guy gave me a toll free number to verify that they are legit. she asked me if it was 888-727-5027. I hung up and called that number and again the number is disconnected. I did a whois on the domain name.   (Whois tells you the websites owner and location information) The whois info is
