Number texted me about an ad on Craigslist and it looked like a bot

This person/thing has also called me about a wheelchair ramp on Craigslist. After many texts, and a story about it's son and a straight line of BS, got a final full feeling it is a bot, attached to a scammer probably.

The number texted me about my wheelchair lift that I am going to sell. Gave me a story of how it is a adventure seeker and goes on trips and is getting this for his son who is in a wheelchair. He said it is a surprise for his son, and asked for photos. Said his name is John Mark. Stupidly I sent the photos via email. It texted me and said it got the photos was very excited and wanted my pay pal information and a place to pick it up. He also said he was out of state. It looks like it is a NV area code.
    I thought something was funny but after reading these posts well now I am sure its something funny.

August 24th 2013.      Tried to pull the same scam on me, saying he was an adventure traveler, out of state, needed a motorized wheelchair I have for sale on CL for his sons birthday and wanted it as a surprise. I looked his number up, found this page, copied and pasted it in a text and sent it back to him am told him to try and scam someone else but he isn't scamming me

Just another Craig's List scammer. There really needs to be a way to get rid of this! It happens to me on high dollar items all the time and I'm sick of it! Watch out for this.
