The number 702-830-4560 seems to be a spam/fishing number originating from multiple names.

I receive a message from a Ashley Loewer, or something of that fake sort. Profile was barren except for one pic. Would usually have known not to add it but I saw some mutual friends as well as people from highschool on the friends list. Adder her and got this text:

obviously trying to get my information via phishing. So I googled the number, thinking it was collections or some other hacker trying to hack me. And came across these posts so I thought I would contribute. Thanks for the heads up. Did not message the person. Deleted them and reported the profile and warned my friends to delete the profile.

Ashley binks Facebook. Fake profile, number comes out of Vegas. If you can find out who it is report it to the police.

Wasim, "Jessica" is not a real person. I have more information on this now, so I'll add it to the thread. Also, I'm tagging your post for admin since it contains your phone number. In the future, please do not post your personal phone number as trolls and scammers also visit this website and giving out your personal information so freely opens you up to calls from them.

The account that is sending these messages is a fake account set up to send these messages in hopes that you will respond to them via text message. If you do, you will be sent link for Fling, which is basically an adult dating site. More information can be found here:

If you get a message with this number:

1) Unfriend the person sending the message.
2) Report the account to Facebook as either fake, spam, or scam.

In order to protect your information, as there is potential for identity theft as well:

1) Go to your privacy settings at the top of the page in the left hand corner.
2) Hide the following:
Your phone number
Your email address
Your date of birth (you can hide only year if you'd prefer)
3) Hide your friend list.

In the case of phone number, email, and DOB, there is no real reason this needs to be on Facebook. Anybody close enough to call or email you probably already has this information stored in their phone or email contact list. They probably know your birthday as well.

As for your friend list, I believe this is how this number is finding new contacts. Hiding your friends list will prevent the people you know from falling victim.

My son just got a message  to his FB, asking him to add her & text her to 702-830-4560...We knew it was a fake page or just someone up to no good.. She is going by the name of NICOLE BUZICK on FB, & as her profile pic is using the pic of a child aswell. Shame on LOSERS like these.. PPL BEWARE!! We frm NYC..

It's really weird.  I'm from india and I got a random friend request from some female.  And she gave me this number her facbook name was lisa kubata
