Business financing - bs!

I called the number back and was on hold several minutes. Spoke with a woman who told me that the call was not illegal but she would take me off their call list if I would give her my name and phone number. I gave her my business phone number. I would not give her my name but she agreed to take me off their call list.
She told me that the calls were placed by a "third party."
I explained to her that Nevada State Company was ultimately responsible for making these illegal robo calls.

I received a solicitation call from this number and I am on the do not call list.

One of the many electronically generated phone calls to my cell phone. They call and call and call and call. Frickin joke. I hate these annoying [***]. But I will not waste my valuable breath on these poor losers. I think they believe I am a "potential" client on some poor [***] call list. Good luck to him/her

Illegal robo call about business loans... whatever... it's illegal. File a complaint.

Robocall to my number offering financing for my "business".  I have no business.  This is my residential number which is on "Do Not Call" list.  Also, i am on the list to not receive any credit/credit card offerings.  The robocall asked me to press 8 to be taken off its calling list.  I pressed 8.
I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry.

Our business eceived the same call as others.  They left a message on voicemail.

I called the number back and a very nice woman said she'd take my number off their calling list.  It was refreshing to have pleasantness on the other end of the telemarketers' phone line!

Robocall, I contacted them to take me off their call list. I aslo informed them I'am on the do not call regestry, even though my number is a business number and the idiot lady told me it was not a telemarkiting cal but a business to business call. That's bull crap, these idiot telemarketers are using that as a lamb excusee to try to get their foot in the door.

Unfortunately the DoNotCall registry only covers individuals and not businesses. However, calling parties are required by the TCPA http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerfacts/tcpa.html to maintain internal do-not-call lists and must add your number to it when you tell them to. Do not ask them to stop calling you, say "Put me on your do-not-call list."

I reported them as well. I have to wonder why they are still making calls if they have been reported numerous times.

Received an idiot (robo) call with an idiotic recorded message that was clearly NOT in compliance with FCC regulations. (Did not identify the company -- at all!, Did not provide a valid call-back number, as required.)  Message promised $ for businesses.  Yeah, right.  I have to wonder how any business person, no matter how naive, would actually consider doing business with an alleged "loan" company that cold-calls with pre-recorded messages.

Check with your phone carrier. Many have a phone number blocking feature that really works. Mine does. The do not call list is a joke. The FCC probably doesn't care and is too busy being disorganized

Calls my cell phone daily with the same recorded message. How is this legal?
