I was bored so I answered my cell phone.  The guy asked for me by name.  Supposedly some VIP hotel outfit in Las Vegas that got my name from a hotel I stayed at.  When I asked if he knew what the DNC list was, he said they were given my name by a hotel chain they work with.  When I asked what hotel, all he could say was they work with many different hotels and they had been given my name.  When I repeatedly pressed for "which hotel" so I could stop doing business with them, he would not answer.  He ultimately said he would remove my name from their list and hung up.  SCAM!

My cell is my work number so I always answer calls. When I said hello the woman asked for Dennis R. (This is my 80 year old father). I said no and asked who was calling. She interrupted me and asked if I was Mrs. R. I asked again who this is. She interrupted again and said "that's too bad" and hung up. Number blocked.

"VIP Host" offering a 3 night package to the LINQ in Vegas plus other stuff.  Sounded pretty legit and pretty good deal, but have to pay through the phone.  I requested a different way to verify it's not a scam, but they said I have to pay now to get this deal.  So I hung up.

I answered "Hello this is Matt," They said they were calling for matt, hoping to talk about viewing properties in Vegas.  Trying to bring people in after the tragedy.  That's when I cut him off, said I wasn't interested and hung up.

Yeah, good deal if you don't mind sitting through a high pressure timeshare or vacation club pitch.

Got a call from this number. Nice guy named Joe. He was saying he got my number from their affiliate (I am an Mlife member) was saying I could stay at the Linq and other affiliates for 4 nights plus food vouchers entertainment vouchers and travel vouchers. Seemed like a genuine person only too good to be true. I nicely declined due to finances but told him to try me back in a few months.

Caller said his name was Mark Allen and said he had a promotion to bring me to Las Vegas. Caller REFUSED to remove my name from call list when asked. Promptly hung up and blocked number.

Called but did not leave a message.

Telemarketing disturbed people

Called my wife’s cell phone. She didn’t answer and they left no message. An obvious scam.

Called 10/4,5,9/17 and no messages left.  Blocking!!

Got a call from woman about a great hotel deal in Vegas with shows and perks etcs for just $xxx.  Said I was interested, which is true, been talking about a Vegas trip with the better half,  but not giving my cc on a cold call, but email me and I'll check out.  She tries to convince me it's all fine, I say no way my cc has been stolen multiple times, but send me an email and I'll consider.......  silence... oh, she hung up.   google the number and here we are ;)

Called my cell, didn’t answer and didn’t leave any message. I’ve never booked a hotel before in Vegas so I’m not sure how my number came up for them to call me.

same deal, called with no message. i stopped answering #'s not saved in my phone because of these things. Google brought me here to confirm what i already knew ;)
