they are relentless. i am on a debt consolidation, and they won't work with me.. they get a payment every month, and its not enough.. they just keep calling sometimes every half hour...Get Over it I'm paying YOU!

Are they calling in reference to a computer purchase or is it some other type of collection agency? They keep calling me and I don't know who they could be.  I have never purchased a Dell computer.

It is Dell and they've been doing the heavy breathing routine on me too. They have class action law suits on them for their shady practices. You might want to forward the calls to your local attorney generals office.  Even if they are trying to collect a debt they have laws they must follow.

THIS IS NOT THE DELL CORPORATION!!!!  It is Pentagroup Financial, LLC.  They are based out of Houston, TX with an office in Amherst, NY and from what I see with this new number, an office in Virginia.  If they represented themselves as any other company but themselves, THAT IS A FEDERAL CRIME!!!!   I have pasted their information and website link below:

Pentagroup (1-703-291-9041) calls at least once or twice a week - It is very bothersome to have these companies calling on a regular basis requesting a call back - I have never called them back - But would like for them to stop calling.

Update for everyone!!!!!  This is Pentagroup Financial and they DO NOT have an office in Virginia at all!  They have used this number and another one that says Fairfax, VA and neither is a number associated to Pentagroup Financial in their state.  I called the Virginia BBB and State Attorney General's office and found this information.  They have been in receipt of a Cease and Desist letter since 9/13/2011 and continually violate it!  This letter also requested proof of any debt be sent to me via regular mail, which they had 30 days to present.  Of course they didn't.

This company will try to call from their 800 number first, not hiding their company name in the caller ID.  Then they will call with a fake number that shows their company name and/or the city and state.  Then they will just start calling in the same time slots blocking the info in the caller ID entirely.  They are also known to mis-represent whom they are.

Due to this, my attorney is in the process of filing a lawsuit against them in the next week or so for violating the FDCRA.  

Do not answer the phone and talk to these folks at all.  I never did and just found out whom they were on the internet and got all the information I needed.

Also, I have cleaned up much on my credit report since 8/14/2011, much of which was posted by debt collectors just to hurt my score.  One even went as far as to perform an unauthorised formal inquiry (law suit has been filed on them already).  PROTECT YOURSELVES!!!!

They have another fake office in Florida and I had one of them so called financiers said I owe 973$ to at&t foe a bill I am paying art directly ok well long story short they have been harassing my mom first and she was only 3 days home from open heart surgery the lady on the phone made her cry so I looked into them, I'm a net tech all my number ranges are from a t3 server/dialer at the Houston office they are a group of 5 companies almost independent of each other so that's why it's hard to trace them back to there sources and charge interest and late fees then sell it to a partner like Capital Management or lvnv or resergant capital services and finally credit one bank, 5 companies one of many of what's called pyramid companies look into them all, if one has you they potentially can bounce you to another one when u pay them and then you are surcharged again. Oh yea when I was talking to a "manager" for the stress his agent had given her he lowered the deal, then when we hung up they ran my credit like lightning and bought my bill from att oops bad move since I can already get harassment and her mental anguish I'm going FCC,BBC, and fair credit union I think its gonna trifecta them into a debt
