It is you that are the idiot! Please read your own words, and try to comprehend the meaning...there is none! Very contradictive!!

New Number 703-345-1667, same symptoms as above.

Call received 7:30 pm. When phone answered, there was a click and quick disconnect. I guess the great call supervisor can tell us how that equates to no answer by the callee. By her definition, this should have shown up as an answered call and we should not have been bothered furthur.

Called once yesterday and twice today.  I answered second call today and unbelievably was placed on hold--for a call they initiated!  They represent various organizations and have a history of unacceptably high administrative costs whereby typically less than 15% of donations end up going to the non-profit.  I called and left a message instructing that I wish to receive no more calls from them.

They must have changed phone numbers.  I am getting calls from  703-245-1667 and the caller ID is listed as  BEE-LC. I called a Reggie Gwira (voice mail naturally) and asked them to cease and desist.

I have been getting these calls too. phone number 703 245 1667. And the name Bee LC. I called the number back and told them I am on the do not call list. As a result of these and other telemarketers, I have cut back on my charitable donations, as I now understand that if you contribute you wind up on a list, and that over rides the do not call registry. I can only assume that list compiled as a result of my giving is then sold to other telemarketers. What I find most irritating is when you get the call from telemarketers on behalf of police, firemen, veterans, they address me by my first name and in a tone which would imply a long friendship. AND then if you say you can't give the try to make oyu feel bad.
     Now what I do if I even bother answering is to immediately tell them how glad i am they called and if it would be at all possible for them to contribute money to me, as I am starting my own charity, for myself!!!! That usually results in a hang up. The other annoying type call is when the caller Id says out of area. I never answer those anymore.

I have no way of knowing this is a charitable organization that is calling.  The caller ID says "BEE LC 703-245-1667".  If we answer, no one says anything.  If we don't answer and answering machine answers, still no one says anything.  I DO help charitable organizations, but I prefer to help those that I know are legitimate!

Like you, we have received a number of calls from BEE LC. Just tonight, we have received 3 calls within a 3 hour time span. There is never a message and of course, we don't anwer these calls. We are on the DNC list, but these have to be either political or charitable calls to make it past the list. They won't get much satisfaction from us, whatever it is they want. They can call all they want, they have no idea how easy it is to tune theem out.

Very helpful information - I called Reggie and he assured me that they'd remove my number. Thanks for taking the time to look up this info and share it.

they have us call you for 10 diffent charties , the are all computer dialed so we have no clue who u are till u answer.only a certain percent goes to the charties, the owner of this company is heartless.has fired over 35 people before xmas. instead of laying them off.

Get frequent calls from BEE LC, noone on th eline.  A short time later more calls with"Unknown caller"

have asked to be taken off list many times. just filed a report with ohio's atrny gen. not sure they can do anything, but it made me feel better! does anyone know what % of donations must actually go to the charity? seems with only 19% reaching the stated cause that BeeLC is more of a business and should be subjected to do not call rules.

Thank you for this information!  I called Reggie personally (Thanks for the info "Northern CO") and had my number removed from the call list...or make that he BETTER have removed it.

Been on a rampage lately of these telemarking calls, picking up and no answer which has been going on for years!  These "what number / who is caling you" sites are a blessing.

I am so sick of this company and I feel bad for the employees that Reggie makes call on holidays and they get cussed and screamed at and get paid terribly...

When youre getting the calls and when u answer the call and they hang up its because they are dialing the number randomly so if your answer therefore you are verifiying the personal number.  So if ya dont know the number then dont answer it, youre helping the telemarketer by answering and verifying the random number.

I want to inform everyone that when you answer and say someone is unavailable, Bee LC will keep trying.  It's called "recycling."  When they call you, you need to say to the telefundraiser politely that you would like to be taken off their list.  If you are a family member of the person they originally asked for, make sure they know that; don't just say "Take us off your list," and then hang up, because then, most likely, they will just put you as unavailable.  j8N

all the people who call are rude and sound like trailer trash they sound as if they have no educations and get nasty when you dont donate they called 5 times in 2 days asking for my mother and i told them she has been dead for 4 years and they say ok we will call back at a better time!
