Got a call and decided to play along. Selling health insurance plans through a special group enrollment grant. Company was "Happy Health". Dude has a thick New York accent and was pleased to tell me 4x's he has been selling for 20 years. Got me a quote in less than a minute. $125 enrollment fee to a plan he cant tell me much about through Agentra. I know Agentra. Gave misleading info about subsidies and application fees. Slick talker.

I agree with the other recipients of this call...it's a scam call.

They're calling about 6 times a day every day, have been for weeks now.

Was trying to sell me insurance,  was a recording then a life person came on the line and tried to sell me a used motorcycle.  Told him not interested then he told me he had diarrhea.
I hung up.

People who call multiple times a day can only mean one thing. SCAMMERS!! May KARMA become their best friend.

It's a robo health insurance call. Got the same partial message left 5 times in the past 2 days!

Calls everyday and tries to sell me health insurance

I have received dozens of calls from this number. I even have the number on my blocked calls app but for some reason, it is able to leave messages. I called the Aetna corporate office today to complain, but they told me that they would never do this, and the number 703-348-6954 is not even listed anywhere in their database. They could be lying, but I wonder what their motive is?  There is no way to call this number back and you can't select a 1 or 2 option since it is a voicemail, so what are they gaining? Most annoying!

Kimmy, I give you credit for having the patience to play along, I think I would have cussed them out! They are on my blocked app so I only hear their messages.  I'm thinking of unblocking them just so I can give them a piece of my mind. After what you have said though, sounds to me that the call type is more like a scammer than telemarketing.

So I Google it and of course, people are ONTO IT ..
I don't usually bother with answering calls that are not familiar to me ... but these maggots are clever.

I blocked this caller from Sterling VA,after receiving several calls from them, but they are still coming through.
The part of the message I hear talks about insurance

They have called 5 times today (so far).  Some robocall  BS about offering health insurance.  If they were a legitimate company, they would be honoring the Do Not Call list.  Obviously this is a scam.  There does not seem to be a way to make them stop!!!  I wonder if they'll call 5+ times everyday.

980-242-3698 is the newest number for this scam. I've blocked the other 2 numbers, 703-348-6954 & 321-339-0208.
