Moron calls me about my brother I called back and ask why are you calling me and not him he says why are you getting so angry I cused his stupid ass out big time and blocked this [***] number.

Googling this number returns many hits of this caller being a debt collection-related scammer who gets very upset when the recipient won't disclose or confirm personal info (identity theft).  If the scammer leaves a v/m for the recipient to call back, 855-291-5920 also Googles back to debt collection scam.

I blocked this number already, and they called again today. Since it's blocked, it went straight to voicemail and all I could hear in the background was a bunch of office chatter, it only lasted 4 seconds.
