Heavy Indian accent, call center noise in the background.  Threatened me with arrest. Would not give IRS badge number .Said no certified letter to me is required in this case. I told him to read the IRS protocols. I then told him my tax attorney says you are full of crap.   Very much an ass.

Same call to me today. States I have fraud and will be arrested. He got very threatend when I told him what he is doing is against the law and that I was recording his call. Told me the cops would be at my door to arrest me. They said they were from the IRS. How is this allowed?

Same call to me today. Really heavy accent.  Said he was Claude from the Tax Audit Department at Internal Revenue Service.  I said "Oh My Gosh!  That's sounds really important" and then I hung up.  Thanks for this page to check caller ID numbers and share.

Just received this call. When I finally got to answer(answering machine was on) all I heard was IRS in heavy accent and hung up. I had been reading about these scams. My concern is for people who are easily scammed & tricked. Thanks for a place to double check numbers

Is this some ISIS scam to sreal money and divert it to terrorists.

The two people who called:  Agent Samuel Taylor, and his boss, Agent Sean Stifler (yes, from American Pie), are threatening and scary.  I'm glad we don't live in a country with a government that treats everyday citizens this way.

Don't be afraid of these guys...have fun and eff with them in return.

I wish there was a way to bust these people because some people might actually fall for their antics.

Got this call today. Heavy Indian accent, call center noise behind her. Said she was from the IRS and I was "evading my taxes." When I said that's not how the IRS operates, she said the police would be at my door in 45 minutes (thanks for giving me notice to scram!) and I would be "behind bars" before the day was over. When I challenged what she was saying she started screaming at me, telling me this was for real. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up.

Got this call on 2/20/15 @ 4:09 PM.  Let the machine pick up, as I dont know anyone in Va, & it was a recorded msg, with a heavy accent.  Couldnt make out all he said, but did hear "you will be arrested", call back this number.

Got the same call today twice

scumbags don't ever give up another new number to block!! last time they called from a Toronto number it said it was from Lucasfilm so I sent Disney there number,
I let the answering machine get these, todays was twice called 9:54am and 12:30pm  both times was some recording saying goodbye.

Got this call a couple of days ago.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  The message was hard to understand but I got that I would be arrested and to call back immediately.  Heavy accent and rude.  Don't answer this call!

Also received a call from same description notated as everyone else.  (Call center, background noise, heavy accent) - left message on answering machine.....    Checked phone number look up and saw all these posts.  SCAM.  Beware
