Introduced himself as Patrick and asked to speak with the owner of our company. When I told him he was never in the office, he said he'd call back another time.

I couldn't understand what he said his name was but said he was from Quality Research Group. He asked to talk to the business owner. We get lots of calls like this, so I told him I would transfer him and just muted the phone. He hung up and called back. I repeated what I did the last time and he hung up again. I blocked the number but wasted a bit of his time in the process for wasting mine.

They call several times a day asking to speak to the business owner, advise he is physically not in the office out on the road, please stop calling , I’ve said I will then talk to you. Hung up. Blocked
