Keep getting calls. No one is there!

Has called twice. I don't answer and they do not leave a message.

Who is 703-594-1021?  Someone keeps calling without leaving a message.  When I call # back it says call cannot be completed at this time.  What's that about?

Got this two days running

These jerks just keep calling – despite the do not call list, despite if it is Sunday, despite if hour is far too early or far too late. Calling them back is impossible. I will continue my search, but to date I have found nothing useful about this number or its owner. Please post anything you may find out. These people are relentless, and are criminal in their tactics.

It's a robo-call from a polling/research firm.

BBC research or so they say, likley not affiliated with the British BBC we all know.  Doing telemarketing on the Washington, DC election.  It is routed through Google voicemail, and no one is answering when I call back.  No way to get them to stop.  DNC list will not work because it is political and they can still use numbers on DNC lists.  Rediculous and unfortunate.
