I am so fed up with the number scam calls I receive daily that I am considering closing my small business. So far today I have received 11 Fake Google calls about my listing on Google, that's 11 calls from Scam artists to the 2 customer calls I receive today.  If today turns out to be a typical M-F I will no doubt receive a few more between now and 7:00 PM. Update, as I was typing this another Google Listing Scam call came in. The score so far is 12 to 2 Scammers versus customers.  The FCC SCC and the phone carriers could put these scammers out of business if they really wanted to.
