    Person is using number to contact people in an attempt to scam them in obtaining their PayPal account information so they can access the account and steal from the victim.  These people also will attempt to purchase items under the victims PayPal account causing the victim to be responsible to pay for the items they never purchased.  The scammer did the purchase under the victims account.  THIS IS A SCAM.  Accused caller attempted to purchase from a Craigslist ad.
