I get a call from these people at least 5 times a day.  I have told them to stop calling.  They are calling about "free" diabetic supplies but want my insurance information which I refuse to give.  How can I get them to stop calling?  They don' even say anything now when I answer.

These people call at the crack of dawn when my grandniece is still sleeping!!  3 calls from 2 of their different phone numbers selling diabetic supplies.  When the don't answer right away, I tell them I'm recording the phone call, noting the day/time and number to build a case against them with the FCC, BBB and my local authorities.  They listen long enough to hear my whole speech THEN hang up! They still call, but I don't back down when they do call!  I've reported them to the FCC so we'll see what happens.  Good luck all!!

Diabetic supplies/insurance, etc. I have requested 5 times to be removed from their calling. I have even threatened them with attorneys and police. But they keep calling. I ignore the calls until they get on my nerves, then I will answer and again request to be removed from their calling list. Is there any way to stop them calling me.    

Google call blockers and buy one - there are quite a few for $60 or less.  Or, if your phone has it's own "block" feature, just add the number(s) and block.  At this point, you already know they're telemarketer scofflaws - and complaining to them does no good.

Over the past three to four months people from this company and this phone number keep calling me.  Some times they have called as many as 4 times in one day.  Today a female from this number called 3 times within a 5 hour period.  How did they get my name and phone number

These people keep calling trying sell diabetic supplies! Don't need the supplies or the calls!

I have been receiving these calls a number of calls every day.  I do not want whatever they are selling.  Today I received 2 calls from this number and they called at 8:57 p.m.  Very harassing to me and my family.  I want them to stop even though they are told not to call me.  How can I block this number on my phone?  

I was receiving calls from this number over and over. I finally answered and was unhappy to learn they deal with diabetic supplies. I am NOT diabetic and neither is anyone in my home! We are on the Do Not Call registry for our home and cell phones. Called them back and told them to not call me again! They woke me up after being up half the night with tornado warnings. I was pissed!!  They have not called lately.

I called the BBB they said they are not to call after you tell them one time to stop calling they gave me a number to report them 1888-382-1222

I have just started receiving calls from these people. They were trying to sell diabetic supplies I informed them that they were breaking at least 3 federal laws dealing with Hipaa, and the fcc. They said that their name was health group.

Here is some info to help.
1.) if you have a mobile phone they are calling on , you can add the number to the blocked call list under "Phone Settings"
2.) if you have a landline, Your provider has a phone line system you can call to add this to a Blocked call list
3.) The people calling you are not based in the USA, The number appears Virginia, but the call center is likely subcontracted somewhere in India. The filter it through a VA transfer HUB
4.) These people calling probably do not have any idea how they got your information, They probably got it from a marketing company, who got it from another marketing company, who got it online somewhere...ect ,ect. It worthless trying to figure out where it came from.
5.) Do not give these people your information, They dont know what they are selling or why they are calling, Speak with a professional about your medical supplies, and order through a reputable company  

this phone number calls me 20 times per week some times at 3 am .trying to sell me wanted and needed diabetic supplies. operator cannot speak English very well evidently reads script and makes many English mistakes and will not stop calling me .I am a disabled vet and have many problems and don"t sleep very well becayse of very bad pain in neck,back shoulder,and rught knee where I was injured in action against Taliban .would appreciate getting these people to stop calling me and annoying the hell out of me.

I hate phone calls from these people!!!! SOOOO wish I could find out who they are so I could put a stop to it.

This number continuously calls me. They are rude and I have repeatedly told them to take me off their list and then they call from another number. I have even threatened them with a law suit. I am on the do not call registry yet they do not give up. They tell me my doctor gave my name to them, my insurance gave my name to them, and now they say the American Diabetic Association gave them my name and number. I have never even been to their website. They call me 1-6 times a day from this number and others which I have reported.

I am also going to report them again to the BBB, my physician, my insurance and now the National Diabetes Association

I don't know this person/company and my number is on the DO NOT CALL resistery.

Ok they have called me twice. I have asked to be taken off their list. They say it must be a misunderstanding, they are very determined, so I hang up. Then I thought I will call them and they answer the phone "may I speak with Cheryl Monroe" hahaha I say wait I called you!  Then they go right into their bs lines, I ask to be taken off their list, tell them they are a telemarketer out of VA and they again say there must be a misunderstanding. hahaha hang up time again. I guess they will probably call me back. sobs

Diabetes telemarketers, along with phone number, they have some medical information relating to address, insurance carrier and names of possible residents.  With HIPPA, how do they acquire this information?  Even family isn't provided medical info without signing off a permission for them...how do these guys get it?  

I have repeatedly told these people to remove me from thier lists, however they just call back from another number.
