This person has called me several times, always around the same time of day, and has left one message with heavy breathing and another message where he says my name.  I have not attempted to call back.

I just called back and got a message that states they are Outreach Associates, the nation's premier telefundraising organization.  They keep on calling twice a day, and I picked up (FINALLY) this morning and nobody was there, but I could hear others in the background.  They are driving me batty!
