Called saying they were a US Treasury agent and that my mother was under investigation for tax fraud.   I called back three times challenging them as I have experience in this area.   They gave a fake name and badge number.   I pushed them on being a scam and three times they hung up.

Called claiming  to be a US treasury agent and stated that there was tax fraud against my name. They also stated that if I did not respond it would be a tax violation and they would file charges against me.

Called telling me I would appear before a judge if I didn't call back about my tax fraud. I am not calling because it's obvious it's a scammer

Got a call from them saying taxer fraud, automated voice and the line just hung up after the recording was done.

Here I was feeling bad because I never got such a fascinating call, but now I can report that the feds are after me, too! HAH!

I just got the same one.   Appears to be a scam.  IRS sends certified mail if you are in trouble, etc.

I just received a call from this number and they left a message for me to call them back. They said I am being charged with some sort of tax fraud. I gave the number to my daughter. She likes calling scammers back and "messing" with them. HAHA!!

I received a call from this number claiming to be the U.S. Treasury Dept. They threatened to arrest me if I did not return their call. Obvious a scam! very aggressive and abusive call. Please investigate and report.

I got the same voicemail saying I'd be arrested for tax fraud!!! These companies must stop!!

Same message for me from that number. Left a robo-call message with a 'Federal Case Number CH796216" and threatening criminal charges.

I got the same case number from the robot, lol.
