Question from caller "Can I speak with the person that makes decisions regarding telephone and internet service."

Answer from me "No"

Called today at 11:10 am.  Called once before on July 19 (last Friday) at 11:38 am -- LEFT NO MESSAGE.

When I answered today the caller immediately asked the same question as the previous posted wrote:

"CAN I SPEAK WITH THE PERSON THAT MAKES DECISIONS REGARDING TELEPHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE?"

I asked who was calling and she stated "Time Warner Business Class" then repeated her question.  I informed her that the number was not for a business and that they were not to call again, to which she said ok, and that she was sorry.  All in all it was irritating, but not troublesome.

Called today at 9:59 am.  on October 30th, 2013.  

When I answered today the caller immediately asked the same question as the previous posted wrote:

"CAN I SPEAK WITH THE PERSON THAT MAKES DECISIONS REGARDING TELEPHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE?"

I proceeded to tell her that we were with AT&T and only spoke with the person that handled our account. I told her we were not interested in changing, nor were we interested in third party.  She did not identified her self, nor did I ask her who she was.  I googled the phone number and it came back as Time Warner Business Class.  We have had Time Warner in the past and had all sorts of problems.  We get these call repeatedly and I have told them over and over that we are not interested and that we are on the Do Not Call List (which is a piece of crap) needless to say.  They can keep calling if they like but they will get the same response.  

This is for business class services to convert from residential service.

Stop calling...calls daily...very annoying!

I work at a college and this phone number came up on my caller ID.  When I answered the phone stating my department name, the caller just hung up.  I never said what college I work at, just the department.

And yes, this number has called me several times.  It is not daily, but probably once a week.

If they are looking to a solicit a business, then why do the hang up on me?

Rep asked to speak with owner. I said the owner isn’t here. Then he hung up.
