Who is this? Got a call on my mobile phone from this number, but I don't use my phone much and I have previously and currently do not get calls from unknown numbers on my phone. Doesn't leave voicemail.

Unwanted, unknown call, has called twice-leaves no message-what good is the "do not call" registry?????

Received a call from this number today. Came up on caller ID as Caliber Research. Got a recorded message talking about a $3500 energy rebate in cash or credits I could get from the federal government under some plan. I get these calls repeatedly from this and other numbers. Positive it is some kind of scam. Very annoying. My number is on the do not call list but that doesn't seem to matter to these people..

This number has called us several times and never leaves a message. We are also on THE DO NOT CALL registry.

This number calls at least a couple of times a day.  When I answer, no one says anything.  This is very annoying and I want it to stop!!  I am on the no call list and I have 2 small children and I don't have time for this nonsense.
