    I got two messages three minutes apart with a passport parking mobile pay code.  But I don't have the app AND I'm at home, not out parking.

    Same as above, where I received a text from a phone number which supposedly is 2000 miles away in North Carolina.  The message was "Your Passport Parking Mobile Pay code is xxxxxx".

    *ALSO* - at the bottom of the text message was a random-looking alphanumeric sequence of 11 characters, which presumably allows the scammers to track to whom they have sent the automated text messages.
