Called, pretty sure it's a scam. Didn't pick up

Recording offering a small business loan.

Yep I agree scammer calls can't be trusted they call you you answer to no one then you call back to a voice box message that says to press some digits if you want to be removed makes no sense.

Called without permission to cell phone. I blocked the number. Robot claimed to offer business loan. I hung up.

Called your phone without permission? Since when do people require permission to dial a #? LOL Loser

These jerks have called my cell for 2 days now trying to get me to take out a loan. I told them to remove me from their list but they still called anyway. The person on the other end definitely wasn't a native English speaker.

"You're qualified to receive a substantial business loan! Please press 1..." Apparently I'm qualified to receive this annoying call despite being on the no call registry. Luckily, I have an iPhone and can block any contact from calling. DONE.

This number has been calling me for several days and I believe it is a scammer.

Malheureusement  cela m arrive régulièrement de recevoir se genre d appel des U.S.A.  et je ne répond pas parce que je ne suis pas billingue et évidemment  ce n est pas nos voisin du Sud qu'ils vont nous parler en bon francais .... QUÉBÉCOIS  et je suis bien libre de pas me faire comprendre dans leurs langue officiel et  de plus sont considérés encore plus dans le ...rouge $$$$  je vais surement demander a telus mobilité de bloquer tout appel entrant des U.S.A ....PFFFF sont juste harcelant et emmerdant.

Received a call from this number at 1:18 PM EST today.  Left no voice mail message.  Location appears to be Belmont, NC USA.

Called me today. I am on Nat'l Do Not Call list. Did not answer. Added them to my blocked number registry.

Got a call from another very similar number on my cell today (which I use to make my living) and I answered it.  Got a canned "blah blah blah" BS recording, I hung up.  Just got a call from THIS number (very similar to the earlier one) and didn't answer.  No message.  I've blocked the number for both on my cell.

For what it's worth, I've been on the Do Not Call list for YEARS for my cell.  These calls piss me off, waste of everyone's time, including theirs!

I have a domain registered with 1&1 and they called. I'm guessing this is how they get their call list.

Same number called me twice in the same day on 4/10 about 3 hours apart. Didn't answer either time.

Called my cellphone # on Friday at 3:42 PM.  Left no message.

My phones have been on Do Not Call Registry since 2007.  Almost relentless illegal calls nontheless the last few weeks.  I never answer anymore, let everything go to voice mail.  I pay per phone call on my cell, these illegal callers are stealing my time AND money.

Received a call from 704-461-2960 on 4/7/15 at 5:16pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "LOCAL". Did not answer and no message was left.

Based on the comments posted here I have added this number to my GV block list.
