The [***] won't stop calling me

solicitor... and they call just to piss people off half the time.

I don't think it is a solicitor because the call originated from a cell phone in mooresville NC.

Phone call received as a result of personal information stolen from me.  Person who stole my information appears to be signing up for make-money-from home sites.  Email address of perpetrator: lostinthehorizon@hotmail.com.

Can you expand on you answer?  This number keeps calling me too.  How did you find out your info had been stolen and how it was being used, by whom etc.?

I am having the same problem, if you try to call back the message says the this number is temporarily out of service.

I get the hang up thing when i answer too. We can pay to find out who it is but i dont know that it will do much good. what do we do  i am sick of it its all the time like 4 to 10 times a day.

I know, I think it's really really annoying...grr I think I will just send as many text messages as I can until I drive the person insane.

Cliffy2g: I get the same thing and it is getting really annoying now, been going on for almost a month.

They called and said I'm a contestant eligible to win $25,000, a cruise, or a ford mustang and asked me if I had a visa discover mastercard or american express. I kept asking her to remove me from the phone list but she kept talking (It wasn't automated either) about the 3rd time I asked to be removed from the phone list she said "NOPE" and hung up.

This number has called me all damn day, driving me insane.  Don't people have anything better to do with their time, [***]!  I sure as hell do!!

I set my phone to automatically forward calls from this number to the North Carolina attorney general's "consumer complaint" hotline.
