Recorded message. Unable to remove from call list. FRAUD.

Asked for 'Nicholas' and hung up before I got back to the phone.

I have no idea what they were after.

Caller accidentally left a 3 minute message on my voicemail (probably forgot to hang up the phone).  It was mostly air, but I could hear someone in background telling, presumably another target, that "there has been little activity on your account... wondering if you would like to close it."  Probably a scam to get account information.

got a call from 704-831-3528 this originated from Charlotte NC and it is a scam to get information from one's personal accounts.

called and unable to return call...originated in Charlotte NC.  Happened to be the same week I was in Charlotte but I did not make the call to my home.

Got a call from this charlotte number and asked for a man (can't remember the name).  They hung up but I felt like it was suspicious so I searched internet and found this info, then called the number back from work line and no answer.

I missed a call from this number and called it back, but no one answered.  When I hung up, I had a voicemail from the number.  It was like 3 minutes long and it was the sound of being on hold.  I listened to all of it, but it didn't give any indication of who made the call.

I received a call from 704-831-3528. I work with alot of different business in my line of work so I answered the call. I said hello and a voice says please hold while we conect your call then the phone starts to ring. I figured screw it and hung up.

This guys keeps calling my office for me. He knows my first and last name. Each time my employees tell him I am not available but they can transfer him to my vm. Then he just hangs up. Today he calld and they found out his name is Scott Hart. I doubt that is his name though. He asked for me and then asked for the owner of our compamy by his first name. When my employee asked what the call was in regards to he hung up. I told them to transfer him to me the next time he calls no matter what I am doing. I will update once I actually talk to him.

No message. It appeared on my caller id. Tried to find out what kind of company they are and found this site.

This guy called me and asked for the owner of the company by first name. I said he was not available and the guy said he'd call back. I asked for his name but he just hung up. I found this site and now I guess he was just another telemarketer.

Called but left no message. I called back, rang 20 times, but no answer

had another call from this number - I never answer when I don't recognize the number, but I do report them to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

No answer when I picked up

Didn't pick up - I'm guessing this is our friends over at bizjournals. They publish the ________ Business Journals (San Antonio Business Journal, etc.).

It's a legitimate business, but I'm not sure why they are calling. We already subscribe.

Correct.  This is Biz Journals.  I just got a message about renewing my subscription.

Got a call but they didn't leave a message.  Biz Journals fits as I am a past subscriber and they are constantly sending me junk mail.  Caller ID said "American City"

No message, just hung up
"Supposed" to be American City.
Apparently a SCUMBAG outfit using a harvested list.
I called the number twice, first time was put on hold then transferred to a fax machine, 2nd time was put on hold for infinity.

I answered the phone call from this number at 2:00 in the afternoon.  It said "American City" on caller ID. The guy had a bit of a Southern accent and asked to speak to Mike, which is my husband's name.  He kept asking when he would be home each time I said "Who are you?".  I finally said "I'm not telling you. I don't know who you are." He said, "Is this a business or a residence?".  Before I could answer he hung up.  The other day I had a voice mail to renew our Business Journal subscription.  I didn't call it back because our subscription doesn't expire for many months.  Scary what's out there!!
