Just found out my iPad number was forwarded to this number. I did not do this. Called the number and I get a busy signal. Googled the the number and it says it belongs to a Gina S.... in South Carolina. ??

I also just found out my iPad number is being forwarded to this same number... I didn’t do this. Did you find out anything?

Instead of asking for advice from someone who will probably never see your question, do you think that there might be a better way to find out?  Like calling up Apple Support at a known published number?

My Verizon cell phone was forwarded to this number. I did not do this!! Who did this and who is this?! Is it illegal to forward someone’s number if you didn’t authorize it??

Not sure why you thought it was important to spam this thread over and over.  Intelligent people would contact their phone carrier when they have a question such as your question.

Found this random number on my Verizon Wireless account that has apparently been forwarding info from my number to this one. I looked it up on Mr. Number and saw TONS of people reporting the same issue for Years!! I’ve had my iPad for 5+ years and am so upset someone may have been trying to hack/use my data! Check your VZ settings, they have a number “locking” feature now, I had no idea about. I’m looking into this further, apparently VZ has known about this for years. Others report it’s a Spam/Hack job. This is going to be a big deal..and they’ve gotten away with it for so long, I’m sure they’ll just get some slap on the wrist years from now..  I’m shocked and pissed! Just wanted to mention this here as I look into it more.

Ps. I am also in Houston, TX, I noticed someone else mentioned this?? Makes me wonder if it’s somehow connected or random all over the US. Hmm..

I am also from HTX as well and noticed the same issue! I got mine at a different location though, this is strange and concerning!

My Sims card also has that same number getting everything forwarded it to it and it was assigned to a tablet initially then I put it in a jet pack. The device was a used ellipse eight that I had the Sim card put into but I bought it from directly a Verizon authorized retailer so I don’t know But if Verizon has known about this for a while years now we got a problem and they need a lawsuit

Just noticed this number was set as a call forward on my jetpack.
