Got three calls today as well.  One on my cell, one on my office phone, and one at home.  Has the last four of my social stating that there is a "legal case against my social."  I knew when I heard that it was BS.  Says his name is "Gary."  Called the number back - Verizon says it is disconnected.  Called Verizon and they have already had numerous complaints of harrasment and fraud tactics - several other numbers attached to the same case as well.  Supervisor stated they are working with Attorney General's Office to hunt this guy down.  People do crazy crap these days.  First I have to empty my junk mail, now I have to ignore this nut job.  What killed me the most is that at the end of his messages, he says, "God Bless You. Have a great day."  Effing hillarious!!

who are these people????i got a call yesterday @ my job and today too..he says i'm being sued for frraud about borrowing money from online co. back in january and i didnt as i recall...saying his name is either jermy scott or mike o. banical its scarying me saying he'll tell my manager and have me fired and ruin my good name on credit reports in the future...if some1 can bust them please do....i'm reading all these posts and it makes me concern.

So glad I found this site.  I got the exact same calls this morning.  First on my cell, then at work.  they told me I was talking to the most senior exeuctive about my legal matter with them.  Whe I asked questions about the amount of money and the exact alleged dat of the trnsaction, they said they didn't have that information, just that it was this year. When I told them I googled their number and I know they're a scam, the guy said "Oh you think this is a scam do you?" then he laughed and told me that they wouldn't be held accountable if I got fired from my job because I won't pay them and if I have to go to court and this ends up ruining my life.  These people are sick. Reporting them to whoever will listen.  If they've contacted you, please do the same.  If many of us report it, someone will have to do something about it.

This number called and had my social security number and said that I had commited fraud and that I will be arrested soon and they where very rude and sounded arabic in origin.  He threatened to take my kids and my house and my job for money they gave me and I hung up on the guy and he called back and I asked for a supervisor and he said there isnt one.  These people are fraudulant and extremely rude and make stuff up.  I am a little worried about them having my social security number....  Turn These guys in!!!!

I have received 18 calls from this scam artist today and he is calling me at work and I told him that it is illegal to call me at work and if he calls back I will turn him into the FBI. Now he is calling my cell # and I have no idea what this is about and I know it is a scam. These guys need to be stopped.

I received a call from these people about a month ago.  Went back and forth with the gentleman who was extremely rude and would let me get a word in.  He told me I received a payday loan that was deposited into my bank account and was being held responsible for fraud for not paying it back.  I actually never took out a loan, and even verified it with my bank just in case and they said no that I never received any such thing.  Well, today I received a call from them again.  After letting the man give his "spill" he then gave me a choice to pay or settle in court.  I told him I wanted to settle in court.  He then got upset and started raising his voice, telling me that it wasn't a good idea to go to court.  I then couldn't help but laugh.  When I started laughing he proceeded to call me a "[***]" and told me he would make my life hell and starting at 8:00 tomorrow morning he would harrass my place of business and my manager until I was fired.  I just laughed and said okay.  Considering I work for a school and they are closed for another two weeks, he's going to be upset when no one answers.

704-972-8676 If you call this number, it's the same people.  In the past when they called it came up as a different number.  When I tried to call it back, the number was "disconnected".  Today when they called, this number came up and the number is a good number and they answer it.

Got a call from this number demanding.me.to talk to him before the fraus case gets into court..hung up on me when I asked frm what company hes calling from....

called me saying i owed a company $300 but I had to send $630 to make the case dissapear. Also very rude after I told him he was not making any sense. He would not give me the name of the company and told me not to contact them because they would not speak to me. He also had all my information which is scary. these people threatened me saying they would have to file charges and bring me to court because of the money i owed, also demanding I send money thru western union. Yea right. I harassed them back by calling repeatedly.Each time i told them i would be happy to go to court with them. They always hang up. Cowards. Their company is called something about financial fraud- hah- hypocrites.

This guy calls himself "Shawn Strong" and has called repeatedly the past three weeks. Today he has called several dozen times just to be a prick. He says he is a bill collector and that we owe money for a payday loan.  After calling the FBI and the US District attn. I was told that several agencys have this case under investigation and are collecting evidence for a federal prosecution. Your going down Appu.

This number has called for my co-worker at work everyday for the last week. After many threats to call the police, he still continued to call. So I finally told the guy, Jacob, that if he's gonna keep calling, we might as well get to know each other a little better. I'm a minister of music part time, so I proceeded to tell him about Jesus and he kept interrupting and finally hung up. He hasn't called back since. Got two things accomplished. He stopped calling and I ministered to someone.  :)

I have been receiving several calls from these two 's 704-264-0580 and 704-972-8676 on my cell phone and they have my work # as well. I have know Idea how they were able to get all of my info especially my SS #. I suspect they were fake because I couldn't understand them in their english is horrible. I refused to give up my info without them submitting any adequate documentation proven that I owe debt collectors. although they knew my job/cell phone and SS# I still didn't believe them.what gives them the right to constantly call my job being rude to my bosses. No professional collection agency or law firm will do anything like that. they're desperate to steal money from people. I told my boss to block those #'s from calling the office and I changed my cell and changed all of my acct info @ the bank and put a fruad alert under my ss  # to look out for anything suspicous. I wish i could track these guys down and have them arrested for what they're doing to people causing stress and unneccessary confusing in our daily lives because they're hackers.

YES!!!! Please report those scum bags for fruad and harrassing you at your job. They've been doning the same thing to me for the past 3wks calling my job and cell phone demanding me to give up my info. The main gain that calls goes by Adriane Walker who has a heavy indian, or middle eastern accient. I eventually changed all of my acct information with my bank, change my cell, and put a fruad alert on my SS#. I have no clue how he obtained all of my personal info including my home address. He's been calling my job saying it's regarding an investigation and when my boss refused to give him any info about me he's been calling my job harrassing my boss now. Such a JERK. I contacted the North Coralina police dept and they've informed me it's against the law for any debt collectors to contact your place of business this is how a most certainly know they're SCAMMERS and they must be stopped. They're Psychotic for real and need to be stopped. it's annoying the things they're doing to people and causing confusing at their jobs as well. Contact the police and hopefully soon they'll catch this guy or guys???.

This people are called my home 30 times, saying better if I giving them all the information, or they are sending the police, to rest me.
I don't know how they got my information, but the person said, he is a supervisor, his name is Adrien Walker.
