    Although the website you gave has been around for a while, it seems that their URL has been hijacked.  Attempting to go to their site results in landing at one or more ad sites.  Not Good.

    AND they seem not to use the phone number shown in this thread
    AND they seem to offer loans rather than rebuild credit.
