9 seconds of dead air, which seems to be the mo of of these derelict collection agencies looking for someone other than me.

They called here a few minutes ago, and left a few seconds of dead air on my voice mail. Unsure of caller, not sure what they want.

I answered, was a voice prompt telling me to press any key as they want to speak to me directly about a business matter. I hung up and blocked the number. Sounds like a scam.

I live in Edmonton and got a call today Jan 03,2018 at 9:AM from 1(705) 243-0627 "Peterborough Ontario", the caller left a static noise message. so it seems that a some sub-monkey-species trying his/her luck in the beginning of 2018, looking for some change$$$. naahhh, phone is not a bank machine "moron". i say go extinct, you do not belong to this century. BLOCKED

Calls every day, never leaves a message ... Off to call block this number goes.
