Try to tell me that my INTEL computer is at grate risk of security and I need an immediate intervention. This was a call centre and the man was India native by speaking and trying to speak in French to me by reading a script to make me worried. There is no INTEL computer, INTEL is a CPU processor a Chip in computer sold by major manufacturer like IBM, Lenovo, HP, ACER, ASUS and more. As soon as I told him that I am IM/IT specialist and that I will contact RCMP, the man suddenly cut the communication. This was a fraud call. They switch from your Microsoft Windows is seriously in danger for security infiltration to your INTEL computer is.... What makes me very angry is that companies are paying uneducated people in a call centre to do  that and employees accept that. The call was from a call centre just by the background sound (can hear many other operators). And people who are not familiar with computer will fall in that trap very easily.
