Seems scam call

Scam. Automated digital voice left VM saying I would be arrested and there would be a warrant out for my arrest of I didn't call back.

This is a spoofed Canadian number. The callers originate from a call centre in India but your caller ID will state it’s a Canadian number (hence the term spoofed). The recording / person will say they are the CRA, you owe money, the government of Canada is suing you you better pay up. Payment is by weird means - bitcoin, iTunes cards. I’ll put up another posting with the CBC marketplace documentary on this. They will try to scare you. Don’t be fooled by these idiots with no conscience. If you ever have to pay the cra, go to the bank, see the teller. They can help you. Don’t trust a caller.
