Called me many times over two days.  Finally, after being interrupted again, I called them to see about getting off their call list.  Recording says, "not a working number" but then says try again! weird recording.  Name of company not stated.  Now that I called Them, they will likely call even more!

Calls multiple times per day, 5 to 6 days per week. Wants to set an appointment for a free solar installation price quote. Ignores statements that solar cannot be installed at my home. Ignores statements that number they are calling is on the federal "Do Not Call" list. And repeatedly ignores requests to be placed on their "Do Not Call List." And still continues to call, 8 to 10x per week. This is just one, of several different spoofed Caller ID numbers they have used in the past 6 months.  Caller ID numbers, every one of them, are all disconnected numbers. Obviously crooks.

This number 707-238-4418 has been calling several times a day for the last couple of weeks.  When there is actually someone there instead of a hang up, they say they are the "National Energy Conservation".  I have asked them MANY times to take my number off their calling list.  I am also on the Do Not Call List.  I have logged several complaints to the Do Not Call List and my next step will be legal action.  Calls have been made to me at all hours of the day from very early in the morning, dinnertime, to late at night.  I am sick and tired of being annoyed by them and they will pay for their illegal activities.

Hey Everybody!  Guess what.  The federal "Do not call list"  is sent to anybody who requests it and is  registered as a non-profit or political organization.   Check it out and write your congressman and senator (like that would work).  

Meanwhile, been called twice a day for over a month from this number.   No-one on the line when I answer and as indicated by others recording says, "not a working number" "please try again" when I call.

I have gotten called from this number 4 times already today and it is not even noon.  I picked the phone up twice and no answer the other two went to voicemail and of course no message.  I have caller ID so I usually let calls go to my voicemail if I don't recognize the number, but this has gotten out of hand so I am deciding to pick up the phone to give them a little piece of my mind.  Can't really do that when nobody answers when I pick up.

In continuation to my above post.  This has been going on for months.

Calls every day before 9:00 am and wakes me up.  I work late hours. And I see several calls on my caller ID during the day while I'm at work.  Never leaves a message.  Am so tired of this!!!!!!!

Have received at least 3 plus calls today..  I answer, no one else on the line.  One time I think there was a human on the other end for a split second.  Am really annoyed. Tried calling it back, recording "this is not a working number".  So they can call me but I cannot call them.  How wrong is that.

The same thing has been happening to me! They have been calling from this number for about a month now and I also have caller ID and am on the Do Not Call list.  I just tried calling them back and the recording says that the number is disconnected! How can that be?? I have had a call in the past from someone regarding solar but I don't remember if it was from the same number. How can we stop this??

My husband and I are elderly and I have some physical problems... Not always easy to get to phone and when we do, no one on other end or when there is someone on other end, it the energy solar panels....We tell them not interested and please stop calling us...They have been harassing us...They call 3 to 6 times daily Are times when they hang up on us in middle of our explanation that  we're not interested...They are rude, unprofessional, etc. I want it to stop.... We don't need this in our lives.... You can't even call them back, not a working #.....  I see from reading other posts, many others are experiencing these nuisance calls.... I keep renewing my  "Do not call Lists" via Gov. com, calling the 800 #...But, some still get through.....

8/04 10:15 No ID, just phone # and rolled to voicemail but no actual message left, just dead air, they must really enjoy listening to voicemail messages!

They have called numerous times stating that they are National Energy Conservation and they are working with PG&E. When I called PG&E they said that they are in no way connected with National Energy and that they are a scam. I talked to them one time and stated that I am not a home owner and he said that they wouldn't call. Boy is that a joke. They won't stop

Yep, definitely criminals. The phone company that handles the line is Level 3 Communications. Their faud department is 1 800 348 5457. Please, people, CALL THEM. Ignore the stupid voice recording and get to a rep, and demand they disconnect the number! Enough people calling in will get the trick done.

I'm going to start booking appointments with them and have them come out to my house every time they call.  When they show up I'll say I don't know what they're talking about because no one could have possibly called me since I'm on the "Do Not Call List".  I figure if I waste enough of their money, they'll take me off the list.

Thank you Dan for posting the number above.  I called and hope that it will stop these calls.   If not, I will call every day until it does.  The rep I spoke with said she has been receiving several calls daily about this number.  Keep calling people!  Let's get it stopped!

Just call the National Do Not Call Registry and report them.  The calls stopped within a couple of days. The FCC goes after them.
