I have gotten several calls from this "Chris Matthews" per day.  They call from different numbers threatening actions against my social security number and credit report.  They are from India I believe.  They have said they could file charges against my brother and friend.  I know it is fake, scam and everything, but how do you get them to stop?  It is annoying.  I have informed my family and friends, but it's scary and annoying at the same time.

Here we go again, they are calling my job again after  a year  different name each time  today was Mike anderson very heavy accent  , receptionist got hte call and he bugged her, very violent in nature scared her and she hung up , she simply wanted to know what department to give the message to since we  several of the same names by first name, 2 garys ect,  and personal call sare not permitted which he was told. They call each weekend and leave  a message on the public answering machine,  He has to stop What can I do i reported it to the police But can i say anything to make them quit I owe nothing on no payday loan!!!

Got a call at my place of work today....707-474-3337 They are at it again ,what dunb [***]! Its all over the internet they are a scam and the BBB has a nation wide alert out about these guys! it's a Payday loan scam. Every year I have to deal with these people in India calling and threating me for money!  I do not owe !!!!!!!!!!!! They are criminals trying to extort money from you when you owe nothing! REPORT , REPORT!!!!!!!!!!!! call the FBI, Your local police department report The Federal trade commission everyone you can think of....this is against the USA laws that govern bill collection or attempts of extortion ! As you see they NEVER give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also get the name of the payday loan place they say they are collecting for and call them, report to them what is being done to you in there name... give them the scam phone number so they can get there attorneys on them as well, they damage there reputation as well!!!!!

Me again.... Now I got word they called my mother today who just got out of the hospital for 3 strokes and said I was wanted for fraud ! the LINE has been BROKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! These Felons are going down!!!!!!!! They said I owe money to cashadvanceUSA already checked I do not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There fake company name is American Law Division this time! The fake collector this time is James Davis! I also calling the phone company all the way to the mayor ! Every damn 7 months these people try and steal money from me! I've HAD IT!

These people have been calling me at my work place saying I took out a loan over a ago-----completely bogus-----I am not sure how to handle this but I want to know how they obtained my info and -----

These people keep calling my work Nick Wilson or Kevin Lee and when i call them back and ask them to send me proof that i owe this so my attorney can review it, they say they don't trust me and disconnect the call

I'm getting calls from same number 7074743337. The guy name is Mike Andherson. He says his calling from America law division. And I owe $474 internet loan. Which I didn't took it. They got all my info and I'm worried. I talked to local cops but they said its hard to trace the call as its from other country. Which I believe India. I'm not answering phone if its blocked number bcoz of that stupid morons. If I know who tthey are . I will get them hard so they will forget how to dial a call. Stupid guys. But only thing I'm worried abt his my identity is stolen and its in wrong hand. I hope some1 can help us with this situation.

Well if you gave them your info you need to notify your banks and credit card companines and tell them you were a victim of a scam artist and need to have your info changed.

I have had the same problem with a guy named Chris Mathews. Sounds the same as everyone elses situation, the good luck and the debt agianst my SS#.

Calls my work several times a day and when calling his number back rings and goes straight to vociemail. I actually talked to him today and told him he was all over the internet for being known as a scammer! He got upset called me names told me to shut my mouth and just kept calling me a B**ch.

These people have been calling over a year now. They have called my sister and my best friend at work. They are driving me crazy!! Please help me.

Mr.Cooper claimed to be from American Law Division calls my work 2 times a day. I do not call back because they or someone has been trying to scam me for almost a yr. now claiming I owe money. they tell me to call back with my attorney.

Whoever you are, please STOP, with all these msgs online about this phone no. you need to STOP scaring innocent people who pay all their bills including payday loans.
