I get a call from this number several times a day for several weeks. No messages left, no answer when i pick up, and disconnect notice when i call back.

I keep getting call from Nikki Spencer from the above number. But no one is on the other end to answer.

It is calling me all the time even when I've added it to my reject list this has not affected me until I switched to T-Mobile.

I am frustrated and would like it if this number would quit calling me up to 7 times a day. Please reply with more useful information.

I live nowhere near a 707 number.

The operation behind these calls using caller id spoofing. The number displayed appears to be the fax number of a winery. In the past bogus operations displayed out of service numbers. But it has become more common for them to display the numbers of innocent third parties.
