Health & Wellness on CID.  Utility scam (referred to PG&E etc.).  Belligerent too.  Blocked and referred to FTC.  Number is not in service when called back.  Obvious scammers...

Yep, I just got one, too.  They have called many times before and I ask them to not call.  This time, the guy said: "hey, you interrupted me and I'm not listening to what you are saying."  I hung-up.  When is our government going to go after these companies!  This is no different than cybercrime and the government agencies love to splash it in the media when they break-up a cybercrime ring.  Just imagine the accolades they would get from the public/voters if they started shutting-down these companies and prosecuting the owners!

I have reported these utility calls to the FCC. I received a letter from them saying I can sue them for $1500 in small claims court. I wish they would do something at their end about it. We get two or three calls a day from different numbers, all the same scam. We have told them we DO NOT own our home so we should not even be on their list. Fed up.

They have when they catch them. And its usually in the news as well here and there. The spoofed numbers make it hard to get them tracked down, but they do get caught up with..  The best place to find out about enforcements is to go to the FTC's site.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Called today while I was on another call. CID Health & Wellness. I have already blocked seven numbers beginning with 707-894. I live 15 miles away from area code 707 so I can't block the entire code. My daughter has physicians in the area code, so Health & Wellness would have caught me if not on the phone.

yet another Cloverdale fake call.  Seven or eight 707 894 xxxx  blocked.  I didn't answer and no message left

Been receiving calls from this phone number several times a day for the past week. No one answering when called back.

I received five calls today (all missed messages) and then I finally got one to answer.  It was from National Renewable Energy and the "gentleman" said they had some questions.  Did I spend more than $70 monthly for electricity was the first, and I was delighted to tell him that I spent nothing as the house wasn't mine and that maybe he should take my number off his list.  I think I spoiled his day.

They keep calling multiple times a day for the last couple of days, never a message .

who is calling? they don't say anything..when I call back it is not an existing number.  they call all the time

Same thing here, they keep calling, when called back number is not a working number....annoying as heck!

This number has been calling for a week and I finally answered yesterday and said I wasn't interested in solar.  Now today they have called 3 times already but no one is on the line when I answered.  Put a block on that number so we'll see if that helps.

This is the same thing that was going on a couple of weeks ago but was some Solar Co.Now it's Health and Well something.. No message on my answering machine. Not an active line if you call back. I picked up several times to dead air but hung on  once and someone came on after a pretty long time. These calls appear to be coming out of Sonoma Co. but I believe these calls are being made from India from the very distinct accent of the woman that answered. My Tech son says that it is really easy to do that --bounce calls from anywhere in the world to a local number. I gave the woman who answered a whole new set of words for her vocabulary but that is all you can do, no one is going to be able to sue or get legal relief!  Blocking will work for a day or two until they find another out of service number to shanghi. I don't really get what they're getting out of this. No message and no one is there when you pick up, what's the business model?  If there is a scam it makes no sense to completely [***] the people your trying to reach and then- what- try and get your bank account number or something ?
