The electricity scam folks have picked yet another number to pester me from.

Pre-recorded message: "We are calling about lower electric rates that you are eligible to receive..."  I spoke with an operator and asked for the business name. He said "We're about electricity choice." I asked why they were calling my number. I said they are illegally telemarketing and that was going to report them to the fcc, which I'm doing now ( http://www.fcc.gov/complaints ). This is the third time I've reported this operation to the FCC. He claimed to have removed my number from their list. We'll see about that...

They woke me up from my nap 3:22 p.m. My number on DNC list.

Didn't answer this.  No message left, Oak Lawn, IL shows on caller id.

It's for electricity scam company. DO NOT ANSWER !!!

Finally cleaning out my saved voice mails, and I found that I had more than a few calls from these scammers. The calls from "Alert" started in  August 2013 from 7085294734. I only hear the end of the robocall in my VM, which says "Press 5 to be transferred to one of our friendly representatives".

These seem like they were probably the same scammers. (224) is local Chicago suburban area code, like 708 and 847. However, no message was left.
