    Recorded voice says that because of change in Illinois law I can now buy energy at lower rates than what my current provider charges. I can't understand why the gov't can't nail this caller.  If the gov't is too busy, then let's change the law to let get a lawyer and sue and if I win be awarded attorneys' fees. That would at least pick off the low hanging fruit.

    Received unsolicited, telemarketing, robocall again 7/28/14, 6:22p soliciting electricity services despite my number being on National Do Not Call Registry.  This company continues to harass me on a weekely basis!!!  It needs to be heavily fined and sanctioned!!

    Finally cleaning out my saved voice mails, and I found that I had more than a few calls from these scammers. The calls from "Alert" started in  August 2013 from 7085294734. I only hear the end of the robocall in my VM, which says "Press 5 to be transferred to one of our friendly representatives".

    These seem like they were probably the same scammers. (224) is local Chicago suburban area code, like 708 and 847. However, no message was left.
