I don't answer the phone unless I know them and then they leave a detailed message to me.  Get lost!  I will never ever answer.  Got it!  Get it!   You are barking up the wrong tree, no money unless you are giving me some!   Otherwise, forget it...

After years of telling these ay-holes "no" they still don't get it.  Scammers don't give up very easily.

1:01 P.M. CT on January 6, 2015: They called, I didn't answer, they left no message.

no caller id. no message left. unwanted call.

Get calls from this number three days a weeks. I let it go into voicemail, they never leave a message in regarding to what they want. The caller I.D. say Electric Authority. I myself think it is a telemarketer.  

New number, old ID.  I'm assuming 'elec authority' is the same, no matter the number.  Still scammers.

And here they are again.  This time I answer, but no one wants to talk to me, apparently.  After a minute of silence, they hung up.  Still assuming electric rate scammers.
