Payday & Title Loan with Abusive Collection Practices whom target non-customers and even call people that do not know their mark or client as well refuse to stop calling you until you find their client and have that person call them as well they demand your disclosure of private information which shows they do not even know whom they bother and are just fishing and trying to get someone to pay off their bad loans for someone else to make them go away since you do not know whom they are looking for nothing else you can do and they still refuse to stop calling no matter how agreeble and honestly helpful you are for these relentless abusive collection on preditory loans for people you do not even know!

They are what is called preditory vulture capitalism that prospers off debt slavery and peoples desperations through misfortune or needing grocery money and can not ever repay the debt do to interest rates often 240% often.   These type of loans use to be relegated to Underworld Mafia types called Loan Sharks which were actually at lower interest rates that these Payday or Tile Loan Operations, whom target the poor and uneducated as well young .  The business model and practices are of such type that Payday Loans or Title Loans Operations are not allowed close to military bases because they were ruining GI's lives and careers by causing them to lose clearences & rank increases, harming military family stability and interfearing with the readiness of armed forces do to debt enslavement issues cause by payday loan preditory interest rate operations!

Call your Represenative's to close these types of businesses down and/or regulate them and their interest rates where people do not become debt enslaved and stuck in poverty and having to seek social services do to their inability to pay off usery rate loans and feed as well house their kids.  As well the loss of a family vehicle is catastrophic in most the south & midwest do to no decent mass transit to access grocery stores, access education or medical resources and to get a job in the south a reliable vehicle is often required by most employers since they know that mass transit does not exist or is not reliable to ensure employee is able to be at work ontime etc....

These people do not just abuse the victim the catch in their web of deceipt they are harming people not affiliated with such entities as well causing and contributing to the need for social services like food stamps, school lunches, section 8 housing, medicaid, etc....  of which is harming our state and nation.

Payday Loans and Title Loans not only harm to our national stability fincially and its debt issues; such operations contribute and creates a social services dependant society and harms the children of such parents that get stuck in such preditory enslavement lender traps that create perpetual debt do to interest rate often as high as 240% per year rate which they hide from gullible and nieve desperate people whom live paycheck to paycheck and often seek such loans to make it till next payday or for emergency money to fix a vehichle of which they endup unable to meet the payment's and feed their family so lose their vehicle and then their job and then their home and then have to seek welfare and still even after vehicle is confiscated by the preditory loan operation the person still owes interest that is compounded daily often as high as 240% per year so person never can get caught up and stays in poverty and often just give up since they are caught in a chasim of debt enslavement as well lose all selfesteem and feel as they have no value which leads to all kinds ot social ills from chemical abuse to family destruction to criminality and eventually even suicide which is already to high in our veterans and civilian society as whole.

Not being a the smartest does not mean a person should be fair game for destructive preditory business practices and just like not all people are big enough to play football or have such skill no matter how hard they exercise and efforts they make; neither are all people equally as smart in the finacial areas no matter how hard they try and effort s they make to learn many just are not going to be a capable as the smartest whom create preditory schemes to abuse such persons.  Being small does not make you legally vunerble to the larger citizenry whom think they can abuse and bully you do to they are bigger and you are smaller; nor should being less finacially astute nor mentally skilled make a person free game for preditory schemers whom may be smarter but have no morals or scrupals and will abuse people through their schemes and we need to make such unlawful and protect the vunerble if it is from the physical bully or the intelectual bully!

I keep getting phone calls from this phone number and something is strange with this company .I got tried of them calling me all day long and when I called them back they answer the phone as tiempo loans and when I told them to stop calling me because I do not own them any money and take me off there list .the girl told me to hang on .then another lady answer the phone and you could hear a door close and I told the other lady that I am not the person they are looking for she then acted like she had no clue what I was talking about . She kept on saying this is not a loan company and she had no clue what I was talking about .then I told her that the girl that answer the phone said it Tiempo loan company and the lady kept saying I have no clue what you are talking about .BEWARE of this company I think they are con artist as well . Its some creepy with this company .
