Because of how many scams there are, I will not answer a number I do not recognize.  Someone from this number just called, but did not leave a message.  I've never had Dish.  Seems to me that if legit, they would identify themselves, leave a message, or send something via the mail.  

Calling every week 2 to 3 times. I've gotten mad enough to answer.  They have never left a message. I've been contacted by several other phone numbers and to my surprise that some are discontinued numbers. Who are these people.  I am retired w/out debts & never had Dish TV.  I have kept a list and I have 28 different phone numbers from jerks like these guys. I don't even keep my ringer on any more.  We all know how our family and friends can contact us. What will be next text-a-debt? You have debt mail. ;-)

I had a person call me from this number talking about they are investigating me for fraud on food stamps and didn't even include all my kids on this case only some then when I asked questions she hung up was this fake how did she know some of the info but not all ??

I called back, medical bills unpaid.

There is a website for Frost Arnette and you can contact them.  I did and told them they had better stop calling me and hanging up.  If they think they have something on me, tell me or LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE!!!!!  We'll see if they have the balls to call me again.  I turned them into the DO NOT CALL LIST, for all the damn good it will do!

Yeah, got several calls. Finally got a message that it was a medical debt that I paid but probably after they sold it to these 'people'.
Saved the phone number in my contacts as 'zzz-jerks' and set my 'silent' ring tone so I never know when they call now. I now have 30some phone numbers for that contact, all  spammers, scammers,  jerks and wrong numbers.

They told me the same thing except im only a teen what debt would I be in? They hung up once I told them that. My parents dont even have dish,  do not answer from them.

This number is a number for some low life bottom feeding person. They are spoofing this number so they can scam people for information so they can steal from them. The call is probably from the piss drinkers in India.

These spamsters have called several times; we did not answer since there was no name on caller ID.

Same thing...only a comma shows on the caller ID with the phone number.  Thanks to everyone here, I checked them out on the BBB website.  They are some real winners...47 complaints in the last 3 years but still have an A+ rating.  Give out other peoples social security #'s to people, etc.  Interesting reading.  Everything is listed through the main business in Nashville even though the calls are coming from the Houston office.    Check it out at BBB.org and at the top of the page in the right corner, just type in Frost-Arnette and read complaints, resolutions or write a complaint yourself!  They've stopped calling here but if they start again, that is my next step.

Just got a call from this number - didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.

looking at their website and the 'testimonials'  flashing at the bottom of the page, they are a medical debt collection agency. if you have a medical debt, that is where they got the information, which a medical association should never have revealed to outside sources, not even for debt collection.

I am on the do not call list and they keep calling me everyday.

I received a call from this # but missed it. Glad I did. Prolly a collection agency & they could collect for numerous companies
(Eg: dish network or medical or even banks.) For me, I pay my debts but these debts/ bills don't get the lions share of income as food & shelter come first. Terrorizing people isn't a very effective method of finding a solution to a debt. So I'll try to block this call & continue paying what I can & not be upset by people who  have a perfect life or work for tyrants who have a perfect life. Js

If they call you for a medical bill. Just state they are in violation of Hippa law. They hang up.

1st of all, a debt collector is not a court court,cop or utility . 2nd, they have no right to call or harass collecting money ,You could never randomly  call anyone you choose soliciting money.
